2. Dual Protection for LEDs & Components – No “Unit Failure” Cascade

• Circuit-level redundancy: 12V units are grouped in 3-LED parallel branches, 24V in 6-LED parallel branches. If a single LED degrades, the rest of its branch stays lit, and the failure doesn’t cascade to the rest of the strip.
• Component-level sealing: Every SMD solder joint is secondary-coated with clear silicone before PVC jacketing, preventing moisture/oxidation from reaching the circuit even if the outer jacket is nicked during install.
